John Holler holds a BA in Environmental Studies and Political Science from the University of Vermont and the degree of Master of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School. He joined the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) in 2019 where he holds the position of Senior Program Officer of Climate Cooperation and Sustainable Fuels. He is based in Washington, DC.
John is the sustainable fuels lead under WWF’s aviation program and works closely with a diverse array of leading international voices to support industry and government measures toward addressing the aviation sector’s climate impact. As a representative of the International Coalition for Sustainable Aviation (ICSA), John serves on ICAO’s Committee on Aviation Environmental Protection (CAEP) technical working groups to design sustainable aviation fuel requirements under CORSIA. Prior to WWF, John worked for a leading standards organization to develop and manage climate and sustainability certification standards.
